- Fit to Fly Recommendation (Must)

- Treating Doctor Name & Contact
- Admitted Hospital Name
- Receiving Hospital Name
- Patient’s Current Address & Contact
- Copy of Accompany Person’s Passport Front Page (Must)
OUR SERVICE PROVIDED AS FOLLOW;
- Ground Handling Services
- Customs, Immigration, Quarantine (C.I.Q ) Clearance and Security Clearance both ends
- Allow 1 pax of patient, 2 pax of companion
- Allow 150 kgs personal belongings
- Ambulance, Doctor and Nurse Service ( Bed to Bed Service )
- Aircraft with Life Support System – Mobile Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Include Advance Life Support Monitor / Respirator
- Include Oxygen 3,500 Liters + additional 1,500 Liters (3 x 500 Liters Extra)
- Include medical team; 1 Flight doctor, 2 Flight nurses with ACLS training
- Include medical equipment
- Include ground ambulance both ends
